CGG boasts exceptional breadth and depth within its staff. The organisation's engine is driven by the expertise of its employees who stretch across the country, in all districts. Thanks to CGG's strong human resources, the organisation has a great understanding of the vast and complex issues of Sierra Leone. CGG employees live and work in the communities it serves and are well equipped to deliver programs in any district and nation wide.
At the headquarters in Freetown, CGG employs technical staff to design, develop, implement and manage programs, while the Administration and Finance divisions ensure the organisation operates smoothly.
GG ensures qualified people are behind operations, and is dedicated to developing people within the organisation. Yearly college interns are groomed for potential positions within CGG or other organizations, and foreign people are often recruited to help capacity build and bring fresh ideas to the organistion.
